Shipping Information

General Shipping Details

Orders placed are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days on an express service.  We ship to most countries worldwide - please add your items to cart and enter your address for a comprehensive rate.  I work with various shipping companies to get you great shipping care and rates across the globe. Shipping rates will be applied at a checkout and are based on where you live in the world.

Processing and shipping times

Orders will be sent within 1-2 business days from your date of purchase. 

International shipments

Please note our international shipping charges reflect the large charges placed on shipping goods by courier. Please note the customer is responsible for payment of all duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. If you have any questions or problems during check out please email hello@amywybrow.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Amendments and cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address, or for any other modifications please email us promptly. We cannot amend, change or cancel your order once a shipping confirmation has been issued.

Lost or damaged shipments

Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a safe & secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. If your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to liaise with the carrier, however, we are not responsible for packages once they are in transit.

If your order arrives damaged please email hello@amywybrow.com within 3 days of receiving, with your order number and photographic evidence.

Custom Shipping Crates

Custom made shipping crates ensure maximum protection of the artwork for travel. With custom crates I have the benefit of getting the exact shape and size for your artwork. The pallet holds the base tightly and the surrounding wooden sides and the lid keep the items secure.
