Refund Policy


As works are made to order, we generally cannot offer exchange or refunds for change of mind. But, our policy is to work things out each and every time.
We do understand the disappointment of receiving an item not as imagined — our images have been colour graded to what you will see when your order arrives, but devices and platforms can alter the presentation of these tones. Slight variations are to be expected. If in doubt, we will be happy to respond to your concerns and can be reached by email here.
If delivery looks like it may fall outside our standard three-week lead time, we aim to inform you within a week of your order.

In the unlikely event, incorrect items (not to specification) are delivered, or works are defective, we will rectify or refund at the buyer's discretion. Please email to notify us of any errors immediately.
